The project provides support and resources to guide Vermont districts to develop and implement their Local Literacy Plans to improve literacy outcomes, by using the R1CC/Vermont Agency of Education (AOE) co-developed Literacy Playbook.
R1CC will support AOE to create a web-based dynamic version of the Literacy Playbook which is integrated into their new learning management system. In addition, R1CC will co-develop a dissemination and implementation plan to provide support and ensure sustained use of the Literacy Playbook and additional literacy resources available at AOE.
