Evaluation Lead
Emily Baumann is the Region 1 Comprehensive Center evaluator and has 13 years of experience at AIR. She has extensive experience in the evaluation of K-12 and post-secondary education services and programs. In addition to helping evaluate the quality, relevance, and usefulness of TA services for relevant stakeholders, other duties include ensuring the alignment of TA services to expected outcomes and program logic model.
Her work has focused on improving student outcomes in early literacy and student success in post-secondary. As a researcher at AIR, she has led a wide range of data collection and analysis tasks that support research studies to inform district, state, and national level education improvement efforts.
