Evangeline Ambat is a senior training and technical assistance associate from EDC at the R1CC. She has led and managed multiple technical assistance and capacity building projects with state departments and districts over the last 10 years and has been working with R1CC for the last one year. Ms. Ambat leads a project with Vermont Agency of Education to develop a Literacy Playbook which is an implementation guide and support to develop local literacy plans based on the guidance from the policy level document- the Vermont Literacy Blueprint.
Ms. Ambat has expertise in designing and building capacity on creating systems and processes for successful implementation of plans and using evidence to inform your work. She also has expertise in building robust networks and peer learning communities on various topics of interest.
