
Grace Cole is a Research Assistant for the Region 1 Comprehensive Center. She supports R1CC projects related to student mental health, student support systems, and reading interventions. Her responsibilities include supporting various methodologies, such as qualitative analysis, quantitative research analysis, GIS Map design, policy development, and conducting interviews. Additionally, Grace’s other focus areas include COVID-19 equity in education, Continuous Improvement work, Early Warning Intervention and Monitoring Systems (EWIMS), assisting the Regional Education Laboratory (Midwest), and Teach For America. Her responsibilities in these areas include project management, data entry and management, recruitment and scheduling, qualitative analysis, brief writing, communication with stakeholders, research-practice partnership support, and technological support.
