Project Lead: Vermont
Kathleen Theodore is a Senior Technical Assistance Consultant at the Region 1 Comprehensive Center and has 15 years of experience in leading high-quality capacity building services for states and districts in the Comprehensive Center Network. For the Region 1 Comprehensive Center, Dr. Theodore is supporting the Vermont Agency of Education with improving early literacy outcomes, including co-development of an early literacy playbook.
Dr. Theodore has expertise in designing literacy tools, modules, and videos, and providing professional learning and coaching on evidence-based literacy practices, multi-tiered system of supports, and social emotional learning to assist education systems with improving K-12 Literacy instruction.
