Lois Kimmel is a Technical Assistance Consultant for the Region 1 Comprehensive Center at AIR. Ms. Kimmel serves on the Massachusetts Literacy Intervention project providing project management and facilitation support. Additionally, she supports the cross-state collaborative on addressing teacher shortages by serving as a content expert of teacher workforce issues and strategies.
Ms. Kimmel’s expertise is in the teacher talent management space, specifically around recruiting and retaining and effective and diverse teacher workforce. She has a background in implementing reform at Educator Preparation Programs.
