Morgan Thomas is a Research Assistant for the Region 1 Comprehensive Center. Ms. Thomas supports projects related to GIS Mapping, Education to Workforce Alignment, Syllabi Review, School Facilities, and 21st Century student needs. Her responsibilities include qualitative research, quantitative research analysis, writing, note-taking, project coordination, GIS Map design, policy development, and conducting interviews. Additional areas of focus that Ms. Thomas works on include COVID-19 Equity in Education and Early Warning Intervention and Monitoring Systems (EWIMS). Her responsibilities in these areas include project management, meeting facilitation, data entry, communication with stakeholders, research-practice partnership support, and technological support.
