Project Lead: Maine
Nicole Breslow is a project lead for the Region 1 Comprehensive Center. She has extensive experience leading capacity-building technical assistance projects with states and districts. She brings expertise in talent management, strategic planning, program design and evaluation, and continuous improvement. She is currently leading projects for the Region 2 Comprehensive Center and the Regional Educational Laboratory Northeast and Islands in New York and Rhode Island.
